Rhys,
I love Indian food!  I was introduced to it whilst living in England, and

I think I could exist solely on Indian food.  I was first introduced to it (and fell in love with it) while growing up in Kenya, but unfortunately, Indian restaurants were hard to find when we returned to the States 20+ years ago.  I spent several days in India this past May and let me tell ya, it was real nice to have authentic Indian food for nearly every meal.  Unfortunately, when I met up with some Americans who are living over there, they wanted to eat at Pizza Hut since they get nothing but Indian all the time.
