Re: I need help with a paradox. not a trick question, i do not know the answer




yes, i'm familiar with the concept of dna, and with
the "genome project."  also a little bit with
anthropology and linguistic systems, both of which
have highly deliciously suggested that reflexive
consciousness (a main constituent of homo sapien)
could well have occurred at different times on the
planet independently of each other.

meaning, as an "evolutionist," i do not necessarily
believe that we all are derived from a common ancestor
and therefore related, just that we should make
everyone's time on this big blue marble as good as
possible.  if we derive from a common ancestor, it is
probably one that existed prior to the breakdown of
the bicameral mind; in short, a less advanced
mammalian state.
