It's a big hoax. Microsoft own HotMail, you'd be hearing it all over the
news if HotMail goes away. Besides that, no business in their right mind
would send out an email like this. I'll bet you HotMail does what everyone
else does, and their database keeps track of user activity and automatically
drops accounts that have been inactive for a year, or some such similar
policy.
Delete!
