RE: new over the rhine cd
There's a song on Kate Bush's _Sensual World_ that starts with her laughing
(not unlike Karin's). I can't remember the name at the moment.

There's also a song called "laugh loop" from the
Choir's great disc "Circle Slide" from the early 90's
that starts with a child laughing.
