God gives us free will: we can have it both ways.
Binary is better than decimal. Binary is how our digital
world sends our emails and makes our music sound better
than analog vinyl. Hexadecimal is our fallen way of
understanding binary. Counting on our fingers is our
fallen way of mathematics.

HOW TO COUNT HEXADECIMAL ON YOUR FINGERS

We have 4 fingers and an opposable thumb on each hand.
On the first hand you move the thumb from one finger to
another to count one through four. The second hand keeps
track of which of four times you count to four:

1 = first hand thumb on digit 1, second hand on digit 1
2 = first hand thumb on digit 1, second hand on digit 2
3 = first hand thumb on digit 1, second hand on digit 3
4 = first hand thumb on digit 1, second hand on digit 4

5 = first hand thumb on digit 2, second hand on digit 1
6 = first hand thumb on digit 2, second hand on digit 2
7 = first hand thumb on digit 2, second hand on digit 3
8 = first hand thumb on digit 2, second hand on digit 4

9 = first hand thumb on digit 3, second hand on digit 1
10 = first hand thumb on digit 3, second hand on digit 2
11 = first hand thumb on digit 3, second hand on digit 3
12 = first hand thumb on digit 3, second hand on digit 4

13 = first hand thumb on digit 4, second hand on digit 1
14 = first hand thumb on digit 4, second hand on digit 2
15 = first hand thumb on digit 4, second hand on digit 3
16 = first hand thumb on digit 4, second hand on digit 4
