This is one of the worst fire seasons the forest service has on record. 
Yeah, maybe it's Mother Nature's way of clearing out the deadwood, but 
she usually doesn't take the live wood, the plants, and all the animals 
with her. Small fires are one thing, but this is tantamount to a natural 
cataclysm.

Sniff, sniff. I'm so proud. I bought her an IRS copy of Patience off eBay 
for her birthday a few months ago cos she kept stealing mine. Sniff.
