Whigs, Toris, Wigs, And The Insight Of Ginny Owens

I heard the evening (Mountain Time) disc jockey on <M88.org> one the
best FM radio stations in the history of the world, admit that he was
really into Tori Amos, and that the new single by Ginny Owens seemed to
him to have a similar vibe. I haven't heard enough of that new single to
say that, myself.

I'm not a huge fan of Tori Amos, but, she was part of a movement that
seemed to make fuller-sounding popular music in the nineties.
Beyond her good music, the information age gives us a lot of certain
artists' hype, and the picture I received was of someone broken, and now
held together with a venomous glue (the same schtick as Nine Inch Nails,
Marilyn Manson, Hole, etc.).
