i think buying ASR is a good idea.  it will get you acquainted with some new stuff and old stuff.  i would then buy good dog bad dog since they play a lot off that album in concert, should you be fortunate enough to hear them live.  i would then buy eve for a rocking good time and a look back at the good ol' days.  then i'd buy the rest in one fell swoop...
