Tonight, our first ‘official’ night in Charleston, Wendy’s parents (Art & Ginny) and long-time vacation buddies (Lou and Ginny) joined Wendy, Ted, and Drew as we ate at the Folly Beach Crab Shack, quite close to our beach house.
It’s a casual restaurant with outdoor seating (made tolerable by the fans and mist-ers strategically placed around the perimeter of the patio).
I enjoyed their STEAMED PLATTER, a giant plate of steamed seafood — mussels, clams, oysters, shrimp on top of sausage and potatos.
It was a lot of work, but the delicious fresh seafood compelled me to continue!
