This month’s HAPPY MOUTH was Tracy’s choice, and she selected PRICE HILL CHILI, a tradition on Cincinnati’s west side.
We met early at the GOLDEN FLEECE LOUNGE, conveniently connected to the restaurant, for drinks before dinner. Moving into the ‘party room’, the 13 of us (Wendy W., John, Holly, Kristy, Chuck, Ted, Tracy, Dawn (a guest), Jay, Wendy B., Meg, Doug, and myself) enjoyed the ‘west side cuisine’ of PRICE HILL CHILI. I had “The Landmark”, a hoagie pattie covereed with melted swiss cheese, and topped with bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Wendy had her favorite ‘breakfast food’ — a sausage and mushroom omlette.
Tonight’s outing stands as the cheapest HAPPY MOUTH so far… Just over $11 per person!
On this day...
