I saw Mazzy Star when they came through Cinci promoting (if you can call it that,
call it being led on a chain) So Tonight.....
They were opening for The Jesus and Mary Chain.
I must say that that combination was one of the best shows I've ever seen, very
surreal.
The only problem was that the white hats kept squirreling for Hope's affections
and
that truly made for a pissed off 'Chain when they came out.
Very cool tho.
Another good show was my very first--Material Issue, early this decade.
I'm surprised I've not forgotten it by now.
Also Velocity Girl at Sudsy's right before they broke up. I think I stole a
poster
from that one.
Someday I'll track down all those ticket stubs......
