i had a dream...
hi
my name is zena and i had an otr dream...
"hi zena"
so karin and linford were making an appearance in
ann arbor, but it wasn't the arc or the blind pig, it was in
someone's attic. it had really great atmosphere, there were
about 10 or 12 tables set up, dim lighting. but they weren't
performing, they were just sitting at a table together, talking
with people. linford had a gift for every rhinelander. the
gift was super cool (IMO) he was handing out candles, but
the thing about these candles was that when you lit them,
they were actually limited edition recordings...on it was a
little interview and then a new song (it was tumbleweed, but
really funky, i think...) and it was the coolest thing! once the
candle burned down completely that was it, no more song.
anyway, i got one and then i looked at the box that linford had
the rest in and i took one and then there was one from them
to chris e. (does this mean i've dreamt about chris emery?)
then i talked with karin and she told me she was getting her
masters degree in english??? anyway, then linford and josh
went downstairs and i followed them and found them in the
bathroom cutting their own hair and it looked really bad. i told
them to stop, but i could see they both wanted to cut their hair,
so i just let them.....
anyway that was my dream!
song i would play for someone to get them to like over the rhine...
would be jacksie, and i would asl them nicely to read liner notes
along with it.
