Yes they probably would.

Personally I don't understand this. My friend who witnessed the "naked legs 
controversy" said people were offended by the picture and thought a 
Christian band should not have used that picture. I see nothing bad about it 
- it's just a picture of legs. God made 'em, we use them to walk with, yes 
sometimes they're sexy, sometimes not. . .but the picture does not mean 
anything bad to me. It's art celebrating the beauty of the human body, 
that's all.
