I think that's up to the individual using the term--For me, there was a
"resurgance" of new listees, if you will, on this list about two + years ago,
and anyone here prior to that is an "old-timer"--but then' they're are people
like Bruce who are the equivalent of the duck billed platypus--they've just
pretty much been around forever.
