Yup. I think it was popularised on this list a few years back by Chris Emery, who also signed off all the time with, "HTH, HAND!" and "Thank you, please drive through."

And speaking of old-timers, jg IS still around-- he just lent me his CD burner! It arrived unexpectedly in the mail yesterday. He gets a whole chorus line of woots for that.
