That's how I've always made tea.  It's hard for me to drink sweet tea
anywhere else b/c it's always sweeter than what I make (which is a recipe
from my mom, who got it from my grandmother, etc...).  And I don't do
unsweet tea, b/c I just can't get the sweetness right with it either.  Oh
well...that's one Southern boy's opinion.
