Hey all,
Last week I told the list about ordering the new Cowboy Junkies DVD/CD combo. I just got it in the mail today. I guess if I thought about it I would have realized that Karin and Linford would be on it since they were on the "Open" tour, at least the European section of it. It still blew my mind when watching the docutmentary and seeing Karin and Linford on stage. Very tres cool. I guess that is redundant, but it was just that cool. The DVD also includes a snippet in which Michael or Alan or someone films Linford taking a big shot of something that appears quite strong. Just entertaining in addition to being a great record of a tour in a way that is different from most "tour" videos. Check it out if you have the inclination. The whole thing was only $21 American including shipping from www.cowboyjunkies.com. Not that I want to plug it too much, but I am thrilled to add it to m! y large CJ collection.
