I have some Dilbert parody posters up in my cube at work:
SOARING: One more thing you're not doing.
MOMENTUM: Exactly the kind of thing you want to avoid.
EXCELLENCE: An abstract goal that's whatever you're not doing now. (my 
favorite)
CHANGE: What we do to give the illusion of progress.
INITIATIVE: What you demonstrate before you discover it  never pays.
LEADERSHIP: Nature's way of thinning the herd.

In a totally unrelated matter, I deleted most of the message I'm replying 
to, and pasted in only the part I'm commenting on.  I'm so proud of myself.
