no, they're a bar.  they put out the schedule for
one month.  they book bands further in advance, but
they only put out the schedule for one month at a
time.  it's not so hard to believe that she wouldn't
know yet, as Mick (the owner) probably hasn't told
all of his staff yet.

it's a sure deal, though, just going on what OtR has
on their tour page.

i'm guessing tickets will be $10 or $12, and they'll
go onsale 4-6 weeks before the show date... all
Canal Street Tavern shows doors open at 8, show
starts at 9:30 (ish).

i'm not sure about the whole Cheryl Wheeler thing...
perhaps OtR are gonna play Sept 28-29 instead...
