Perhaps I did not adequately express the sarcasm in which I meant the 
statement.  I was trying to get across the point that that tired excuse has 
been dragged out in other policies that violated people's constitutional 
rights, yet when it is used to validate a policy that you don't agree with, 
it becomes silly.  That you for helping me to prove my point.  Next time I am 
engaged in a conversation or post about gun control, abortion, free speech, 
etc., I will consult your email.
