Money Doesn't Grow on Tree's...


For the record; I really like the Tree's growing around here
lately.  I especially love that they are Tree's from a band who
doesn't mind (as of yet) that we do it.  


So in defense of both statements below, I *personally* don't
want and haven't asked for $$ for burning cd's for you guys. I'm
also not scraping $$ for bills and rent.  I've now sent out 12
shows and will continue to send out more.  And if i were
strapped for $$, that $2 is now $24.  That's a few dollar's
short of my cable bill.

So my opinion on all this is that it should be left up to the
branches burning the cd's.  If all you're asking for is the cost
of cd's and shipping, there is no $$ money being made and I'm
sorry, but I think it's a very fair thing to ask for.  It's
about sharing the OtR love, baby.  Some of us have to count our
pennies, some of us don't and some simply don't bother too
whether they should be or not.

I say lets keep the Tree growing smoothly because I for one do
not want the band to step in and reverse their feelings on us
doing this.
