Re:Cornerstone tree update

Hello all;
   In all the tree's I've been involved in, the branch has always requested
that a trade take place, or be reimbursed for the blanks in some way.
That's how I operated for the Atlanta Tree with the two leaves I got. I
hope I didn't break any rules, but I don't think the branch should have to
eat all the costs for getting this out to people. I asked that 50 cents for
each blank be sent, plus 50 cents for shipping (unless a trade takes place).
  I'm not making money off this, I just don't want to be in the hole
afterward.

   In my opinion, we should leave this up to the branches whether they want
to be reimbursed in some way for the blanks and postage. Trading is a great
way to do this, but not everybody has something to trade. Of course, no
money should be made off of this, but the branches should be made "whole",
or at least partially so.

Sincerely;
Daniel J. Summers

>Some people have asked about whether to send blank cd's or money (one
even
asked about sending food--you know who you are ;) ), but the way I
understand these things to work, at least with this list, is that you
simply
request and wait, and your product comes for free. The sender is
responsible for buying the blanks, postage, etc.
