Twila, my fetching friend, lest you feel terminally blonde, I've gotta 
explain this for you.  The opening of almost every episode of "Fawlty 
Towers" depicts the letters of poor Basil's sign re-arranged.  "Flay Otters" 
Fowl Water", and "Farty Owls" are three that come to mind right off the top 
off my head.  Anyway, no wonder you didn't know the proper name!

It is available on DVD, and a script book was published.
