I agree with the other comments...don't ever apologize for writing too much; it's not possible when what you have to say is so enjoyable!

Your comments about going to college in the fall for the first time took me back about four years to the summer before I started (I'm 22 and just graduated...).  I'm excited for you, Kate!  College is a wonderful time to explore, meet interesting people, and learn a whole lot about yourself.  And if you go in with the wonderful spirit your post shows - open and wanting to learn and experience life - I think you'll absolutely love it.

Can ya'll tell I really liked my alma mater?  And I'm trying to find the words to express how I feel about OtR and this list (I'm looking forward to actually meeting some of you someday!).  Mmm, life is good today...
