o.... harrisonburg. much MUCH prettier than richmond.
my sister went to JMU there. lived in a little house on the edge of the
valley. looking from her bedroom, the valley opened out like ariver mouth.
i liked it best on foggy days, when it felt like the world imploded on
itself.
there was a swimming hole we'd go to and jump off rocks. and wierd guys
would talk to us.,
that was where i first heard of someone i know being in a flood. moving
from the high NW, we had always experienced the other trend - drought.
yea, i like that drive, although i hit a bird once on afton mountain....
you guys heard the 'ghost' stories about that place?
