my first reaction is Shcultz, the incompetent nazi in
Hogan's Heroes who used to say the same...

"I... know.... nothhhhinnnk!"

and that usually leads me to think of  Artie Johnson
from Laugh In hiding behind plastic bushes in his
German outfit and helmet saying, "Verrrry
interestink... but not very funny...."

and then i usually try to think of OtR content, but
that doesn't always work, either...
