spanish love virus

Is anyone else getting e-mails with very large attachments (312k) that end 
in the extension .cpl, and have spanish subject lines and contents?
I'm getting at least one a day from random people.
Obviously i'm not opening the attachment, but they're clogging my inbox.
Can anyone translate the subject line?
