dangerous liasons: what about ms.pfeifer's character?
she was so pitiful one could like her.
harold & maude: amen! what a terrible, nasty,
godawful, "did i just spend 1+ hour of my time on that
that i could have spent getting teeth or hair pulled
out of my head or some painful useless scarification
process or at the very least spent bored out my mind
staring at a ceiling somewhere" movie. hated it.
like i hate gwyneth (although she did do an admirable
job in royal tannenbaums) and britney only with more
feeling.
memento: perhaps i disliked the characters so much
because i at various points in the film i liked them
-- i felt betrayed for liking them and then disliked
them all the more for this betrayal.
