I'm the same way. I have around 230 cd's, but I also just went
through them all and sold about 25-30 of them to the used cd shop.
Some cd's I won't part with even if I haven't listened to them in a
while. Like you and books.

I cringe at the thought of clutter and how agitated I'd be if I
didn't keep up and clean out and rotate stuff. For me its not that
need to be able to pick up and move, its that I can not stand too
much "stuff". I may be a slack-a-holic, but my house always has
that just cleaned look. I can't help it. :| I even give my
magazines away after the stack gets 'so high'.
