White Sauce -- Bechamel

Ingredients

4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
2 cup Milk Heated
to taste Salt & Pepper


 

Instructions
Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir with a wooden spoon or whisk for three to five minutes. Add hot milk, whisking as you do, and continue cooking for two to three minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
