Vanilla Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

8 ounces crème fraîche see note, below
1/2 vanilla bean split lengthwise


 

Instructions
Spoon crème fraîche into small bowl; scrape in seeds from vanilla bean and stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate.

Can be made 1 day ahead.
