Strata (Christmas Casserole)

Ingredients

6 Eggs Lightly Beaten
1 cup Colby Or Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredd
2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
6 Slices Of Bread Crusts Removed And Tr
1 pound Sausage Fried & Scrambled
1 teaspoon Salt


 

Instructions
 Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9" X 13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Perfect for Christmas morning -- you assemble it the night before so you don't miss any of the excitement on Christmas morning.
