Shrimp Sauteed with White Wine

In the time it takes to cook up some Linguine, you can have dinner ready.

Ingredients

1 pound shrimp
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon Salt optional
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


 

Instructions
Peel and devein the shrimp.

Put oil and garlic in a pan and sautee for 3 minutes.

Add shrimp and sautee til they turn pink (approximately 3 minutes). Turn shrimp over.

Add the wine and cook til shrimp are cooked through. Do not overcook.

Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over linguine or fettucine.
