This Saltine Candy tastes much better than it reads... Try it! It's cheap, quick, and can be fun for kids to help with.

Ingredients

1 strip Saltine Crackers
1/2 pound Butter 2 Sticks
1 cup Sugar
6 ounce Peanut Butter Bits
6 ounce Milk Chocolate Or Semi-Sweet Bits

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine peanut butter bits and chocolate bits. Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Lay crackers on foil, edge to edge, salted side up. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add sugar, boil 3 minutes over medium heat. Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers, spread to cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle mixed bits over heated crackers. Spread bits with back of a spoon; heat will melt bits. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Break into small pieces.
