Pat's King Of Steaks Philadelphia Cheese Steak

For all the people who can not get to south Philadelphia to get the original.

Ingredients

24 ounces Rib Eye Or Eye Roll Steak Thinly Slic
6 tablespoon Soy Oil or Vegetable Oil
to taste Cheez Whiz or American Or Provolone
1 large Spanish Onion Diced
pint Sweet Green & Red Peppers Sliced Sauteed In Oil
pint Mushrooms Sliced Sauteed In Oil
4 ea Crusty Italian Rolls Split
 

Instructions
 1. Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and sauté the onions to desired doneness.

3. Remove the onions.

4. Add the remaining oil and sauté the slices of meat quickly on both sides.

5. Melt the Cheez Whiz in a double boiler or in the microwave.

6. Place 6oz. of the meat into each of the rolls.

7. Add onions, and pour the Cheez Whiz over top.

8. Garnish with hot or fried sweet peppers, mushrooms, ketchup.

Put on the theme song to the first "Rocky" movie and enjoy!
