Pan Fried Italian Crab Cake

Ingredients

2 large Eggs
2 teaspoon Flour
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Parsley Fresh
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 pound Crab Meat Cooked
2 tablespoon Corn Oil


 

Instructions
1. Using a small whisk, mix the flour into the milk and eggs.

2. Pass through a fine strainer to remove lumps.

3. Add the chopped parsley, paprika, italian seasoning and baking powder.

4. Add a dash of salt and pepper to give taste.

5. Add the crab meat into the batter and mix well to form cakes / patties.

6. Heat the corn oil on a frying pan using medium heat.

7. Using a small ladle, scoop and fry 3 crabmeat patties at a time.

8. Fry for two minutes on each side, until golden brown.

9. Serve with your favorite sauce.
