Don Gordon and Dean Bierschs' vision of a fun place for delicious food and great beer became a reality in Palo Alto, California in 1988. Today, there are 17 Gordon Biersch locations in 13 states serving custom-brewed beer, and an extensive menu of entrees and appetizers including these easy-to-clone, flavorful french fries. No need to make the fries from scratch. Just grab a bag of frozen french fries at your local supermarket, and bake or fry a pound following the directions on the bag. When the fries are done, simply toss them with the garlic mixture and serve.

Ingredients

1 pound Frozen French Fries
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Garlic finely minced
2 teaspoons Parsley finely minced
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper coarsely ground
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
1. Bake or fry french fries until crispy according to directions on the package.

2. As the french fries are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

3. Pour cooked french fries into a large bowl and spoon garlic mixture over them. Toss well until french fries are coated with the garlic, then serve.
