Emeril's Smoked Tomato Butter Sauce

Ingredients

4 Tomatoes Peeled Smoked Or Oven Plum & Dried
1/4 cup Butter Melted
1 tablespoon Cream


 

Instructions
 Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. This recipe yields about 1 cup of sauce.
