Deviled Ham Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients

2 ea Cucumber Medium
1 ea 4 1/2 oun Deviled Ham Underwood Brand
1 ea Egg Hard Boiled Coarsely Chopped
1 tablespoon Onion Finely Chopped
1 tablespoon Sour Pickle Finely Chopped
1 teaspoon Mustard


 

Instructions
 1. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

2. In a bowl, mix deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, pickle, and mustard.

3. Spoon into cucumber shells. Chill.

4. When ready to serve, cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces.
