Ingredients

1 cup Whipping Cream
2 tablespoon Buttermilk


 

Instructions
Combine ingredients in a glass container. Allow to stand at room- temperature (70 degrees F) for 8-24 hours, or until very thick. Stirwell before covering and store in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
