Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

4 ounces Red Wine Vinegar
4 ounces Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoon Mustard Optional
24 ounces Olive Oil Or Canola Oil
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper
3 tablespoon Minced Herbs Chives Parsley Tarragon All Optional


 

Instructions
1. Combine the vinegars and mustard.

2. Whisk in the oil gradually.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fresh herbs, if desired.
