Baked Salmon With Roquefort

Quick and flavorful, this is an easy main dish.

Ingredients

6 ea Salmon Fillets 6 Ounces Each Skin Left On
to taste Dill Weed
to taste Salt & Pepper
to taste Blue Cheese Dressing
to taste Roquefort Cheese Crumbled


 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.

Place salmon, skin side down, on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and dill weed.

Roast 15-18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

When the salmon is nearly done, spoon some of the prepared blue cheese dressing over top. When the salmon comes out of the oven, sprinkle some of the crumbled Roquefort on top and serve.
