Yes, I understand it was cryptic… Had to be until the official press release was issued… Jean-Robert de Cavel is now the “Chef in Residence” at Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. I am thrilled that this has finally been announced, and that Chef Jean-Robert will be in Cincinnati and associated with MCI. Sorry for the cryptic nature of the original message!
