DINNER: Wednesday, February 26, 2003

Tonight, Wendy made a VERY GOOD Pork Chop dish with stuffing and warm apples alongside greenbeans with slivered almonds. It was really good, and really easy (so she tells me) AND (this is a considerable benefit!) — there's enough left over for Wendy's lunch today.

As we're both beginning to feel better after an epic battle with the flu, we'll be cooking at home more frequently. It's amazing how it feels like a chore to cook while you're sick.
