As discussed in this article, Wendy & I prepared an audition DVD for a food television show. I sent it off today and it will arrive in New York tomorrow.

    Any chance of compressing the 3 min demo and putting it up either on this site or on youtube?

    At this moment, I can’t post the demo. Once we see how things progress a little bit, I may be able to do that. Stay tuned!
