Tonight, I made a simple meal of spaghetti and …believe it or not… roasted corn on the cob.
I know… I know… The two don’t really go together, but as I was driving home, I stopped at a Farmer’s Market and the corn looked good. We’d already planned spaghetti for tonight, so I just added the corn!
We slathered the corn with left-over maple butter and it was surprisingly tasty. Wendy preferred a red-pepper butter I mixed up, but we still both liked the maple butter.
