Our first night off THE BIBLE: THE COMPLETE WORD OF GOD (ABRIDGED) at Falcon Theater.

We had dinner guests, the lovely Heidi & Ashley Peacock.

I made the following menu:

  • Apple & Chestnut Soup with Spiced Cream
  • Mandarian Orange & Red Onion Salad
  • Tofu Bourguignon
  • Tres Leches Cake with Meringue Frosting & Fresh Strawberries

It was nice to spend time with Ash & Heidi. It’s been too long since we’ve seen them!
