Tonight was a very simple dinner — a Tuna Melt made with oil-packed tuna, scallions, a bit of onion, mayonnaise, salt & pepper, then loaded on toast and topped with sliced fresh tomatos and cheese. Pop it under the broiler for a moment or two, and it was an easy, cheap, and delicious dinner.

Wendy & I played some GUILD WARS this evening — something we haven’t done in months because of various boulders in our schedules. It was nice to get back into that gameworld, and we even ran into Nick, one of our guild-mates!
