Wendy picked up a Four Cheese Pizza with Cheese in the Crust for dinner tonight. My addition? More cheese!… A load of grated Parmesian on top!
In this series, we record each-and-every evening meal we’ve eaten for the entire year of 2003.
Tonight, we ate at the Old Spaghetti Factory.
We love that place. They’ve changed the bread back to a more ‘traditional’ recipe. For a while, they were doing this not-so-nice flatbread-ish thing. We were glad to see a more ‘loafish’ loaf!
As you’ve noticed, I’ve sorta fallen off the wagon with posting dinners since vacation. We’re going to call the missing dinners a ‘break’ or ‘vacation’.
I’m back now, and will continue posting dinners as we have them, starting with tonight’s meal.
After Culinary Theory class ended early, I decided to stop for sushi at SCILLA. What a nice surprise to find Wendy & a bunch of her co-workers already there! I had a lovely Yaki Soba, some Miso soup, Tuna Nigiri, and Eel Sushi. The chef sent over a "Mango Crunch Roll" that was awesome!
We had Chris & Rebecca and Jessica (minus Chad, who was working) over for dinner this evening.
Drew made an Cucumber Mango Amuse-Bouche, Apple Chestnut Soup with Spiced Cream, a Mandarin Orange, Almond, and Onion Salad, and an entree of roasted Salmon with Bleu Cheese, Rice Pilaf, and for dessert, Molten Chocolate Cakes with Strawberry Sauce & home-made marshmallow.
YUMMY!
Tonight was French Bread Pizzas while we got ready for dinner guests tomorrow night!
