I talked to the nice people on the 'phone, and they won't
hold tickets without money, but you can send a check and
then pick up the tickets the night of the show.  It's $10 
per ticket, plus an extra $1 per order (not per ticket).
Mark the envelope Attn: Over the Rhine tickets, and be
sure to tell them which night you want.
Thanks Dan and Aaron for the help.  Any other listees
going to the show?
